Description
An incredibly strong and fruity aromatic chemical, Para Tolyl Aldehyde bares a significant resemblance to “artificial cherry” in both flavor and fragrance applications. Also known as 4-Methylbenzaldehyde, this chemical has a sweet and floral odor, with a fruity taste somewhat akin to bitter almond. Slightly spicy and phenolic, para tolyl aldehyde is colorless and can be used in a wide variety of products, from synthetic fruit flavorings to floral perfumes.
