Tilia Absolute (Linden Flower)

Description

Tilia Absolute is extracted from the fragrant blossoms of the Tilia cordata tree, also known as the “Linden Tree” or the “Small-leaved Lime Tree.” The botanical has its origins in England and northern Europe – it is often an indicator of “ancient woodlands,” as the botanical first established itself thousands of years ago and was considered a holy tree by certain native cultures. Tilia Absolute, sometimes referred to as Linden Blossom Absolute, has an extremely warm, floral, and somewhat citrusy aroma with subtle green and herbaceous undertones.
