Grapefruit Oil 5x

Description

A natural hybrid of pomelo and sweet orange, Grapefruit Oil was previously referred to as the “forbidden fruit” by settlers of the West Indies after its discovery in the 1700s. High in nootkatone and auraptene, the oil has a remarkably fresh and citrusy aroma, with bittersweet notes reminiscent of the fresh fruit from which it is extracted. Its light, refreshing flavor is highly popular among beverage formulations, particularly those of soft drinks. The zesty, slightly bitter odor also finds extensive use in a variety of applications, mainly added to soaps, lotions, and fine fragrance blends.
